First Taekwondo Testimonial

I have been involved with First Taekwondo for over 14 years as a student and have found them as a Martial arts organisation very professional and full of integrity.

Master Instructor Vernon Low whom introduced Taekwondo in Adelaide some 40 plus years ago and Chief Instructor John O’Brien have been instrumental in keeping the tradition and culture of the art paramount but have also been progressive for all to enjoy whether beginners, children, women, families and those on their journey in pursuit of mastering the art.

Two of my children were involved for many of those years achieving their black belt status as juniors.

Whilst they are young adults now and the physical aspects of the art were self-evident back then the discipline, humility and mental conditioning has and will continue to be beneficial for them in preparedness for life ahead.

First Taekwondo has also been an inspiration for me so much so that I had incorporated into my book ‘The Art of Building Wealth’ and shared as part of my ‘5 Step Wealth Accelerator System for
Financial Mastery’ a Taekwondo insight to each of the coloured belts.

First Taekwondo has been a great metaphor for understanding what true mastery is all about and that the journey is limitless and never ending in our quest to continually improve in all aspects of our lives.

I can thoroughly recommend First Taekwondo as for some of us it has changed our lives!
