Support, honesty & encouragement matched with a true sense of faith makes me so proud to share my journey over the past two decades.

From the onset, the inspiration, single mindedness of success, matched with endless resources to fuel my driving thirst to forge ahead to put me where I am today makes me so grateful and certainly very thankful.

Yes it is true I have found the art most difficult right from the start. But First Taekwondo is so balanced that my many triumphs, achievements moving onwards and upwards were not
compromised by my lack of ability in this area.

Through the wisdom patience and professionalism of my many instructors a strong standard was achieved. It enabled me to cope with the many challenges ahead as I had become more confident and enriched within the art itself.

We are so very blessed here in this great nation where we are essentially assured a complete and   comprehensive education. How far we ultimately wish to venture can only be limited by our ability, mindset, hunger and attitude. I believe the cornerstone of our Art is structured and engineered within these same parameters.

Thinking ……………..mmmmmm that could explain why First Taekwondo has been described as the ideal quintessential foundation to so many that wish to strive and reach their maximum potential.

It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.
